Charlie and George are fantastic coaches! They make a great team and really know their stuff. The boys always encourage and push us. I don't enjoy the gym, this is a great alternative. They do a variety of exercises including HIIT, weights and cardio and mix it up with games! Sessions are always fun, good banter within the group. Everyone is friendly and I always get a good work out. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it.
