Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and informing their coach of significant changes to their health, medication, injuries or circumstances that may affect exercise.

Where appropriate, we may recommend obtaining medical advice or clearance before participating in exercise.

Pearton Performance personal trainers do not diagnose medical conditions unless an individual coach holds a separate professional qualification permitting them to do so.

8. Progress Photographs and Media

Progress photographs may be collected privately as part of a client's coaching service to monitor physical progress.

Private progress photographs will not automatically be published or used for advertising.

Appropriate permission will be obtained before identifiable client photographs, videos, testimonials or transformation content are used for promotional purposes.

Where marketing use relies upon consent, permission may be withdrawn for future use.

Pearton Performance currently uses Everfit for aspects of online and hybrid coaching, including programme delivery, progress tracking, client information and communication.
