Pearton Performance started with a single bootcamp on Blackheath in February 2023. Three years on, our Eltham Park South sessions are home to dozens of regular members — from total beginners to people training for marathons, OCR events and just-feeling-good. Every session is built and coached on the day by Charlie and George. Expect a mix of strength work, conditioning circuits, partner challenges and finishers — programmed so you leave fitter, stronger and properly worked, but never broken.

Where and when is the Eltham bootcamp?

We run at Eltham Park South, SE9. Sessions are Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am, year-round, rain or shine — we only cancel for genuinely unsafe weather.

How much does bootcamp cost?

Full monthly membership (unlimited sessions) is £35. Half monthly (4 sessions per month) is £25. A flexible block of 5 sessions is £45 and stays valid for 2 months from purchase. First session is always free.

Is bootcamp suitable for beginners?

Yes — we coach complete beginners alongside experienced gym-goers. Every exercise is scaled to your level by the coach on the day, so you train hard without overreaching.

What should I bring?

Trainers, water, layers for the weather and an open mind. We bring all the kit — kettlebells, battle ropes, agility cones, mats and timers.

How do I book?
