How does online personal training work?

You get a fully personalised programme delivered through our coaching app — with video demos of every exercise, workout logging, and direct messaging with your coach. We do weekly check-ins by video or written form, review your training, and adjust the plan.

Is online coaching as effective as in-person?

For motivated clients with gym access, the results are remarkably similar — sometimes better, because the programme is more structured and the data is clearer. In-person wins on hands-on technique work; online wins on consistency, scheduling and ongoing adjustments.

Do I need a gym?

Ideally yes — a basic commercial gym is perfect. We can also build full home programmes if you have a few key pieces of equipment (rack/bench/barbell or a good dumbbell set).

Can I switch to in-person later?

Yes — many of our online clients live nearby and book in for occasional in-person form-check sessions. The programme stays the same and we just layer hands-on work on top.
