Ex-gymnast with years of experience coaching gymnastics and teaching people to move their bodies better and get stronger. Armed with a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning certification, and years of her own gym and training experience, Sofia is a fantastic coach who'll help you get fitter, stronger and move better.
