Charlie and George are fantastic coaches! They make a great team and really know their stuff. The boys always encourage and push us. I don't enjoy the gym, this is a great alternative. They do a variety of exercises including HIIT, weights and cardio and mix it up with games! Sessions are always fun, good banter within the group. Everyone is friendly and I always get a good work out. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

I always loved the idea of having a personal trainer, but was apprehensive of my ability. Charlie has been fantastic. From the moment I met him he wanted to know whether I had any injuries or pain, asked what my desired goals were, and got a really good gauge of ability before doing anything. I started with debilitating pain near my left hip / buttock that prevented me from doing the simplest of movements. Charlie gave me hip flexor mobility exercises to do pre training, and always ensures I am warmed up correctly before my session. From lower back issues to pain in my shoulder, Charlie has systematically worked with me to help with these. The pain in my left hip has pretty much disappeared, and my other symptoms from poor form or exercising incorrectly have definitely improved. Every session is a joy. His understanding of the human anatomy is phenomenal, and he pushes me just to the point of no return in the most incredible way. I always leave a class feeling totally invigorated and fitter than I did an hour beforehand. If you are ever in doubt whether asking Charlie to help you is the right thing, then think again. It's changing my life, my body composition, and my mental wellbeing. As they say… health is wealth!

Charles researched it and took great care to provide me with a challenging programme that massively helped me get stronger and learn more about good form and taking care of my body whilst getting fitter. Couldn't recommend Charlie and his team highly enough. I do 1:1 sessions with Charlie which are focused on what I need, taking care to avoid injuries. I've noticed the team train people of all ages and all abilities which is testament to them and their style of coaching. The boot camps on Thursdays and Saturdays in the park are also a great way to keep active in a more social setting. If you are thinking about making some changes, these are the guys to speak to.
