Group strength and conditioning session for a South East London running or cycling club
Group S&C · Running & Cycling Clubs · South East London

Stronger clubs. Fewer injuries.

Group strength and conditioning built for the way running and cycling clubs actually train — block bookings at club rates, sessions delivered on your own training night, and off-season programmes that get your squad into the new season stronger and more durable.

Built for clubs, not just individuals

Club committees know their members would benefit from strength work, but organising it — finding a coach, a venue, a price that works for a group — is the hard part. We solve that by coming to you: your track, clubhouse, hall or local park, on the night you already train, priced as a block for the group rather than per person. We've built this specifically for the club structure: mixed-ability squads, a fixed weekly slot, and a race or season calendar to periodise around.

Four ways we work with clubs

• Block bookings — a fixed number of group sessions at a club rate, billed to the committee or split among members. • On-site sessions — we come to your existing training night so there's no extra travel or separate gym membership. • Off-season blocks — a periodised strength programme timed to your racing calendar, building the base fitness that group training alone doesn't cover. • Injury-prevention workshops — a single session covering the most common issues in runners and cyclists, with a movement screen and take-home exercises for every member.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer block bookings for whole clubs?

Yes — we run block bookings for running and cycling clubs, priced per session or per block rather than per member, so your committee can budget for a fixed cost. Get in touch with your club size and preferred night for a quote.

Can you come to our normal training venue?

Yes. We regularly bring S&C sessions to a club's existing training night — track, clubhouse, hall or park — so members don't need to travel anywhere extra or juggle a second gym membership.

What's included in an off-season block?

A structured, periodised block (typically 6–12 weeks) built around your club's race or race season calendar — heavier strength work early, tapering to more reactive, race-specific work as the season approaches. We can run this for the whole squad or split into ability groups.

Do you run one-off injury-prevention workshops?

Yes — a single 60–90 minute session covering the most common injuries we see in runners and cyclists (ITB pain, Achilles issues, knee pain, lower back), with practical movement screening and take-home exercises for members.

Is this suitable for a mixed-ability club?

Yes. We group by movement competency and load tolerance rather than running pace, so newer and more experienced members both get an appropriately challenging session.
