We periodise around your training load, your competition calendar and your recovery. Sessions are built using accessory work, compound lifts, plyometrics, unilateral strength and conditioning — applied in the right dose, at the right time.

Hands-on coaching, in-person or online

In-person S&C is delivered one-to-one at our SE London training partners or mobile to your local gym. Online clients get personalised programming through our coaching app, video form reviews and weekly check-ins. Every client has a Level 3 PT (Level 4 S&C where relevant) coaching their lifts. No generic templates — every block is built and adjusted around your progress.

Is S&C only for athletes?

No. We coach competitive athletes alongside professionals who want to feel strong, move well and stay injury-free into their 40s, 50s and beyond. The principles are the same — the programme is built around you.

Where do you coach S&C?

In-person across SE London gyms (Charlton Lido, Plumstead Centre, Eltham Centre, Sutcliffe Park, Woolwich Waves, Coldharbour) or mobile to your home or local gym. Online S&C is also available.
