Pearton Performance has been coaching clients across South East London since 2023. Our in-home personal training service is built for busy professionals, parents and anyone who wants the standard of a top-end gym PT — without losing an hour to the round-trip. Your coach arrives with kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, a barbell where needed, and a programme tailored to your goal. Whether you're chasing fat loss, building strength, returning from injury, or preparing for an event, we structure every session around you.

Built around your goal, your space and your schedule

We start with a free 15-minute consultation to understand where you are now, where you want to get to, and what's realistic in your week. From there we build a programme designed to fit your life — typically 2–4 sessions a week, blended with self-led training where it makes sense. We coach hands-on technique, track every key lift, and adjust the plan weekly so you keep progressing. Between sessions you get direct WhatsApp access to your coach for form check-ins, kit questions and accountability nudges.

How does in-home personal training work?

Your coach travels to your home, garden or building gym with all the equipment needed. We run a structured 45–60 minute session built around your goals — no commute, no waiting for kit, no excuses.

Do I need space or equipment at home?

No. A 3m × 3m clear space is plenty for most sessions and we bring kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, a barbell and step where required. If you have a home gym we'll use whatever you've got.

Which areas do you cover?

How much does in-home personal training cost?

Sessions are priced per visit with block discounts available. We'll quote on the free consultation once we know your location and how often you'd like to train.

Are you insured and qualified?

Yes. Our coaches are Level 3 Personal Trainers (Level 4 S&C where relevant), REPS-registered and carry full public liability insurance.
